The speed at which images, text, and videos load could be affected by the Customer’s 3rd party Internet access provider. Customer is responsible for determining and resolving their own access issues.
Customer provides on-site servers connected to the Internet the Customer may own or lease these from a 3rd party. Customer maintains and manages their own security firewalls or that provided by a 3rd Party. In the event expansion is required, InventXR will help monitor for over utilization of servers and make recommendations to Customer of changes.
Customer may have storage local on their site for database and/or backups of primary iStudyXR server access located in the cloud. The Customer’s 3rd party internet access provider fees may realize partial savings as the bulk of data exists locally on the Customer’s Local Area Network.
Based on distributed iStudyXR servers. iStudyXR can run in small villages or rural locations with a custom plan to gather data and supply updates. (A Micro-iStudyXR solution). These machines can handle hundreds of students, depending on your needs. We would have to have a more in-depth conversation on how exactly we can make iStudyXR work for your school.
A cost analysis of internet access should always be considered with every installation solution. With each installation scenario, it is understood that access through the internet could at times be problematic as a result of your own Internet access or Local Area Network. This is also true of the Customer’s users 3rd party internet access. For example, some internet providers have outages and congestion periods from time to time to specific areas of the internet. Students and Teachers may sometimes be confused by the technology, and have issues discovering a cause for less than expected access results. Customer shall have a technical staff member determine the cause before contacting InventXR Technical Support. There is a wiki maintained by InventXR for the Customer’s tech support staff. It contains information detailing procedures, text to provide your users with troubleshooting access and possible solutions.
